Fitter for LPG Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Jebsen PTC Maritime Incorporated is urgently recruiting a qualified Fitter for its LPG fleet.

The Fitter will support the Engineering Department with mechanical maintenance, repairs, fabrication, and upkeep of vessel machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Assist Engineers with planned and corrective maintenance.
• Perform fitting, fabrication, and welding-related duties.
• Inspect machinery and mechanical components.
• Follow onboard safety and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant sea-service experience as Fitter.
• LPG/tanker experience preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
