Job Description

Faststream is recruiting an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a brand-new XDF LNG vessel operated by one of the world's leading LNG companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and reliable operation of electrical, electronic, automation and control systems onboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical generation and distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment.
• Maintain automation, control, alarm and monitoring systems.
• Carry out planned maintenance and inspections.
• Support the safe operation of advanced vessel technology.
• Maintain technical records and electrical documentation.
• Participate in emergency response and safety drills.

Requirements

• Previous LNG vessel experience as ETO – mandatory.
• Valid ETO CoC / relevant electro-technical certification.
• Valid relevant STCW certification.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Experience with modern LNG electrical and automation systems preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Availability to join ASAP.
• Strong troubleshooting and safety skills.
