Job Description:
An urgent recruitment opportunity is available for 5 Electro-Technical Officers (ETOs) to join tanker vessel operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain and troubleshoot vessel electrical and electronic systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of generators, switchboards, motors, and control equipment.
Monitor electrical systems and identify and rectify faults.
Maintain automation, alarm, communication, and navigation equipment.
Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with onboard safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an ETO
Tanker vessel experience preferred
Valid ETO CoC and relevant certification
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew
