WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is urgently recruiting Cadets and Trainee Officers to join an Oil Tanker in the UAE.
This opportunity is intended for candidates seeking practical sea-going experience and development within the deck or engine department. Candidates should hold the relevant training documentation and certificates applicable to their position.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist officers with routine deck or engine department duties.
- Participate in onboard training and familiarisation.
- Support maintenance, inspections, and daily vessel operations.
- Follow onboard safety procedures and instructions from senior crew.
- Maintain required training records and documentation.
Requirements
- Relevant cadet / trainee qualifications and documentation
- Valid STCW certificates relevant to position
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Relevant training and sea-service documentation
- Oil tanker experience or training preferred where applicable
- Proficiency in English communication
- Valid UAE VOA preferred
