Job Description:
Win Waves Maritime is looking for an experienced Bosun to join a Bulk Carrier vessel. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate deck crew, oversee daily deck operations, and ensure that maintenance and cargo-related activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervise and coordinate the deck crew during daily operations.
Assist with mooring, anchoring, cargo operations, and other deck activities.
Oversee deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preservation work.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of deck equipment and tools.
Promote safe working practices and comply with vessel and company procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bosun
Bulk Carrier experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents and passport
Good command of English
Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew
