OS for Oil Tanker Vessel (UAE)

Job Description

WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is urgently recruiting an Ordinary Seaman (OS) to join an Oil Tanker in the UAE.

The OS will support the deck department with routine maintenance, cleaning, mooring, cargo support, and other general deck duties under the supervision of senior deck crew.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and general deck operations.
• Carry out cleaning, painting, chipping, and routine deck maintenance.
• Assist ABs and officers with cargo and deck operations.
• Maintain deck equipment and work areas.
• Follow vessel safety procedures and instructions from senior crew.

Requirements

• Valid OS certification / documentation
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Relevant sea-going experience
• Oil tanker experience preferred
• Valid passport and seafarer's documentation
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid UAE VOA preferred
