3rd Officer for Oil Tanker Vessel (UAE)

Job Description

WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is urgently recruiting an experienced Third Officer to join an Oil Tanker in the UAE.

The successful candidate will support safe navigation, bridge watchkeeping, cargo operations, and general deck activities in accordance with company procedures and international maritime regulations. Candidates holding a valid UAE Visa on Arrival (VOA) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform navigational and bridge watchkeeping duties.
• Assist with passage planning and safe navigation of the vessel.
• Support cargo operations and deck activities.
• Maintain navigational equipment and required records.
• Follow STCW, ISM, and onboard safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Third Officer CoC
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to rank
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Relevant sea service experience
• Oil tanker experience preferred
• Proficiency in English communication
• UAE VOA preferred
