Job Description

Global Gateway Crewing Services Inc. is inviting applications from qualified Second Officers to support safe navigation and bridge operations aboard an oil/chemical tanker.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with safe navigation and watchkeeping.
  • Maintain charts, passage plans, and navigational publications.
  • Carry out assigned safety and emergency-preparedness duties.
  • Maintain navigational records and bridge documentation.
  • Support compliance with company procedures and maritime regulations.

Requirements

  • Relevant Second Officer’s Certificate of Competency.
  • Seagoing experience; tanker experience as required by the employer.
  • Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents.
  • Valid medical fitness certificate.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
