Job Description

Faststream is seeking an experienced 2nd Officer to join one of the world's leading LNG operators onboard a modern XDF LNG new build vessel.

The role will involve bridge watchkeeping, navigation, safety duties and support of vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct bridge watchkeeping and navigation duties.
• Assist with safe vessel and cargo operations.
• Maintain navigation and safety equipment.
• Support emergency response and onboard drills.
• Assist with deck operations and safety management.
• Maintain bridge records and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous LNG vessel experience as 2nd Officer – mandatory.
• Valid CoC appropriate to the rank.
• Valid relevant STCW certification.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Good command of English.
• Availability to join ASAP.
• Strong navigation and safety awareness.
