Our Romania-based company is expanding its offshore workforce and is seeking an experienced Toolpusher for upcoming international drilling projects. The Toolpusher will be responsible for overall supervision of drilling operations, rig performance, and crew management, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with international oil & gas standards.
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overall supervision of drilling and rig operations
• Coordination of drilling crews and operational teams
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and company procedures
• Monitoring drilling performance and operational efficiency
• Reporting to senior management and supporting project objectives
• Valid offshore certificates relevant to the position
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Romanian nationality preferred
• Proven experience as Toolpusher on drilling rigs
• Strong leadership and safety awareness
• Contract Duration: Project-based
