Position: Tool Pusher
Location: Bahrain (Onshore Rig)
Job Description:
Leads rig operations onshore, ensuring all drilling activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Responsible for supervising the drilling crew and coordinating day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise drilling operations
• Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency
• Guide and support the drilling crew
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• 3–5 years onshore rig experience in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain
• Valid onshore rig certificates
• Strong leadership and safety awareness
• Good English communication skills
Employment Details:
• Rotation: 12 hours/day, 7 days/week
• Salary: Negotiable
