Position: Completion or Workover Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervises completion and workover operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of offshore well activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead offshore teams for completion and workover tasks
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Maintain logs, reports, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with drilling and engineering teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years offshore experience in completion/workover operations
• IWCF and offshore survival certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
