Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced Supervisors for long-term industrial construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee daily site activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate project teams to achieve operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervise daily construction and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures.
Coordinate work schedules and site personnel.
Monitor project progress and quality standards.
Report operational updates to project management.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in industrial construction.
Safety Passport or IOSH certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and maintain safety compliance.
