Position: Senior Drilling Supervisor (Day Company Man)
Location: Onshore & Offshore Vietnam
Job Description:
Leads and oversees all drilling operations during daytime, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of drilling programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage rig site operations and daily activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and drilling standards
• Coordinate with service companies and client representatives
• Monitor drilling performance and troubleshoot issues
• Prepare operational reports
Requirements:
• 10+ years Oil & Gas experience
• Minimum 3 years in a similar senior drilling role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
