Position: Senior Drilling Supervisor (Deepwater, Subsea)
Location: Offshore – Deepwater
Job Description:
Leads deepwater subsea drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise drilling crews and offshore operations
• Monitor well progress and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational protocols
• Maintain records, logs, and reports
• Coordinate with completion, intervention, and engineering teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 10–15 years offshore drilling experience
• IWCF, HUET, and offshore survival certifications
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
