Position: Drilling Supervisor (Night Company Man)
Location: Onshore & Offshore Vietnam
Job Description:
Supervises night drilling operations, maintaining safety, performance, and compliance while coordinating with the day supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee night shift drilling activities
• Maintain safety standards across all operations
• Ensure adherence to drilling program
• Record operational data and handover reports
• Resolve operational challenges during night shift
Requirements:
• 10+ years Oil & Gas experience
• 3+ years in a drilling supervisor role
• Strong technical knowledge of drilling operations
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• 8 hrs/day Onshore, 12 hrs/day Offshore
