Position: Drilling Fluid Supervisor
Location: Onshore & Offshore Vietnam
Job Description:
Supervises drilling fluid systems and contractors, ensuring fluid performance supports safe and efficient drilling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage drilling fluid activities on site
• Ensure mud properties meet program requirements
• Coordinate with Mud Engineers and drilling team
• Implement fluid safety and environmental standards
• Prepare operational and technical reports
Requirements:
• 10+ years mud/fluid management experience
• Strong technical background in fluid systems
• Good communication and leadership abilities
