Job Description
The project involves offshore production, storage, and offloading operations, including marine, process, mechanical, electrical, and engineering activities. Candidate must have proven FPSO/FSO or offshore oil & gas experience relevant to the applied position and be capable of working in a high-safety, high-responsibility offshore environment.
Strong technical competence, leadership skills, and strict adherence to HSE standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Safe operation and maintenance of FPSO/FSO marine, production, and utility systems
• Supervision of offshore operations, maintenance, and production activities
• Monitoring cargo, ballast, mooring, and offloading operations
• Operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
• Ensuring compliance with ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, class, flag, and company HSE standards
• Leadership of offshore teams and coordination with shore management
• Reporting operational performance, maintenance status, and HSE matters
Requirements
• Relevant FPSO / FSO or offshore oil & gas experience in the applied position
• Valid STCW certificates (for marine and engine officers)
• Offshore medical fitness certificate
• BOSIET / FOET
• Role-specific technical or supervisory qualifications
• Strong knowledge of offshore production and marine systems
• Good English communication skills
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Documents valid minimum 18 months (preferred)
