Job Description:
The Drilling SHE Advisor Level 2 leads HSE initiatives on advanced drilling projects, ensuring compliance with company and international safety standards. This position supervises safety implementation across multiple rigs, providing expert-level risk assessments and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HSE programs and audits across drilling sites.
• Analyze and report on safety metrics and incidents.
• Develop and implement continuous safety improvement plans.
• Mentor Level 1 SHE Advisors and site supervisors.
• Coordinate with drilling management on risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in Drilling HSE management.
• Advanced certification in HSE, NEBOSH preferred.
• Proven leadership in offshore drilling environments.
• Fluent English communication and reporting skills.
