Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Well Intervention and Wellhead professionals to support ongoing and upcoming Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) operations. Candidates must have strong hands-on field background in well intervention, wellhead operations, downhole activities, control systems, and HSE field supervision within oil & gas.
This project requires professionals with solid experience in wellsite execution, safety compliance, troubleshooting, and operational leadership in drilling, well intervention, and integrity operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead field operations for wellhead, downhole, and well intervention activities
Ensure compliance with KOC safety standards (PTW, JSA, SIMOPS)
Provide technical direction for well control, well integrity, and intervention tasks
Troubleshoot equipment, control systems, and intervention tools
Manage field crews, contractors, and service providers
Prepare reports, documentation, and operational programs
Support incident response and emergency procedures
Ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness

Requirements:
Relevant field experience in Drilling / Workover / Well Intervention
Strong knowledge of well integrity, well control, and downhole operations
Experience working with international oil & gas operators (KOC experience preferred)
Excellent communication and English proficiency
Valid well control, HSE, and technical certifications depending on position
