Burgan Drilling is seeking experienced Drilling Crew for ongoing and upcoming drilling operations.
We are looking for skilled professionals with strong operational backgrounds and the ability to work safely and efficiently on high-capacity drilling rigs.
We are currently recruiting drilling personnel across multiple disciplines for land and/or offshore drilling operations.
Candidates must have proven experience working on drilling rigs with 1500 HP and above, demonstrate strong safety awareness, and be capable of operating in demanding environments.
A transferable visa is mandatory for all applicants.

As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Executing drilling operations safely and efficiently
• Operating and maintaining drilling equipment (1500 HP+ rigs)
• Supervising drilling crews and shift activities
• Monitoring drilling parameters and reporting operational performance
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and procedures
• Supporting daily rig operations, logistics, and administration
• Maintaining accurate reports, logs, and documentation
• Proven experience on drilling rigs 1500 HP and above
• Valid and transferable visa
• Relevant drilling experience in applied position
• Strong safety awareness and HSE compliance
• Ability to work rotational schedules
• Drillers / Toolpushers / Superintendent: Senior drilling operational experience
• Safety Officer: Recognized HSE certification and drilling background
• Drilling Fluid Operator: Experience with mud systems and fluid monitoring
• Rig Admin: Experience in drilling documentation, reporting, and logistics
• Contract Type: Rotational / Project-based
