Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced Deep Drilling Professionals for operations on 3000 HP drilling rigs. This is an excellent opportunity for highly qualified drilling personnel with extensive experience on heavy land drilling rigs. Successful candidates will join a professional drilling team responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and productive drilling operations in accordance with international industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervise and execute drilling operations according to company procedures and industry best practices.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment and rig systems.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate drilling and maintenance personnel.
Monitor compliance with HSE policies, well control procedures, and operational standards.
Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement of drilling performance.
Requirements:
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Minimum 5–7 years of intensive experience in deep drilling operations.
Mandatory experience on heavy drilling rigs (3000 HP and above).
Valid international certifications relevant to the position, including IWCF, Well Control, and other role-specific qualifications.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Safety-first mindset with the ability to work effectively in demanding drilling environments.
