As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Safe execution of all marine, deck, and offshore installation operations
• Supervising deck crew, lifting operations, and marine activities
• Conducting watchkeeping, vessel movement control, and DP operations (where applicable)
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Maintaining operational readiness of equipment, tools, and safety systems
• Supporting daily offshore construction and installation tasks
• Valid STCW certificates (for marine ranks)
• Offshore medical certificate
• BOSIET / FOET
• Experience in offshore marine operations
• Proficiency in English communication
• DP Certification (if applying for DPO or related DP roles)
• Relevant technical qualifications for supervisors and engineers
• Documents valid minimum 18 months (recommended)
