Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervise and coordinate drilling, well operations, and rig activities according to operational plans.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of drilling, mechanical, electrical, and solids-control equipment.
Monitor work quality, equipment performance, and compliance with technical and HSE standards.
Lead and coordinate rig crews and provide operational guidance within the assigned area of responsibility.
Prepare operational reports and ensure effective communication between field teams and management.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and professional certifications for the position applied for.
Valid industry certificates and licenses where applicable.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Previous experience in Oil & Gas, Drilling, or Well Operations.
Relevant experience in the same or similar position is required.
Strong understanding of HSE procedures and safe working practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a demanding drilling environment.
Supervisory and leadership experience for management and supervisory positions.
