Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising offshore production and drilling activities
• Planning and executing drilling, completion, and downhole operations
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
• Providing technical engineering support and operational optimization
• Managing materials, logistics, and supply chain activities
• Supporting business operations, bidding processes, and human resources functions

Requirements:
• Relevant offshore or office-based experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Proven experience in the applied position
• Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, production, or support operations
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Valid offshore certifications where applicable (IWCF, HUET, BOSIET, medical, etc.)
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
