Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform drilling, rig floor, mechanical, electrical, welding, or HSE duties according to the assigned position.
Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot drilling rigs and associated equipment.
Support safe and efficient day-to-day drilling and oilfield operations.
Follow company HSE procedures, operational standards, and site safety requirements.
Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with applicable project procedures.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in the oilfield / drilling industry.
Degree or Diploma required for Drilling Crew positions.
Relevant technical qualifications for Mechanical and Electrical positions.
Mines / Supervisor Certificate – mandatory where applicable for the relevant position.
6G Welding Certificate – mandatory for Welders.
NEBOSH Certificate – mandatory for HSE Professionals.
Valid Medical Form "O" with reports.
PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) required.
Valid professional and employment documents.
Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively in a drilling-site environment.
