Job Description:
The Senior Well Completion Engineer is responsible for the design, planning, and execution of completion operations for offshore wells. The role ensures that completion designs meet all technical, safety, and economic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop completion programs and select appropriate equipment
• Oversee completion installation and testing operations
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to HSE standards
• Review well performance and optimize completion efficiency
• Collaborate with service providers and onshore engineering teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in well completion design and execution
• Deepwater or subsea completion experience preferred
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, medical, etc.)
• Excellent English communication
