Job Description:
Team Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Driller for a short-term offshore assignment. The successful candidate will join the project in Aberdeen and must have proven experience operating a Manual Derrick.
Mobilisation is scheduled for 14 September 2026, with an assignment duration of 3 weeks. Candidates must be available for the full trip and have relevant offshore drilling experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Safely operate and supervise drilling operations in accordance with the drilling program.
Operate and monitor the derrick and associated drilling equipment.
Coordinate drill floor activities and supervise the drilling crew.
Ensure drilling operations comply with company safety procedures and well-control requirements.
Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues or defects.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Offshore Driller
Manual Derrick experience – Mandatory
Previous offshore drilling rig experience
Valid relevant drilling and offshore certifications
Valid medical certificate and seafarer's/offshore documentation
Good command of English
Ability to work safely within a multicultural offshore team
Availability to mobilise from Aberdeen on 14 September 2026
