Job Description:
OPAC is seeking an experienced Driller to lead drilling operations on our projects. The Driller will supervise all drilling activities, ensure efficient and safe operation of drilling equipment, and coordinate the drill crew to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and supervise drilling equipment and machinery.
• Lead and manage the drill crew, including Assistant Drillers and Floorhands.
• Monitor drilling performance, maintain accurate logs, and report progress.
• Ensure all operations adhere to safety, HSE, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot drilling issues and provide solutions to optimize performance.

Requirements:
• Valid drilling certifications and BOSIET or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in drilling operations.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Indonesian nationality only.
• Basic English communication skills.
