WAY2RIG SHORE PRIVATE LIMITED is urgently hiring for a leading Drilling & Workover Project in Kuwait. Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in Mumbai during May 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Support drilling and workover operations in compliance with HSE standards
• Operate and maintain rig equipment, cranes, and field machinery
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and maintenance support activities onsite
• Assist drilling crew during rig floor and derrick operations
• Ensure safe transportation, emergency support, and operational efficiency in oilfield activities

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous Drilling & Workover project experience preferred
• GCC/Oilfield experience will be an advantage
• Valid licenses required for driver and crane operator positions
• Relevant technical qualifications preferred according to applied position
