Job Description

Team Recruitment is seeking an experienced Stage 3 Crane Operator for a short-term offshore assignment commencing on 27 October 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out offshore crane operations safely and efficiently during a one-week night-shift assignment.

Candidates must hold all required offshore safety training certificates, a valid medical certificate, and a recognised Stage 3 Crane Operator Certificate. Previous FPSO experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate offshore cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with approved lifting procedures.
• Carry out pre-use inspections and verify that crane equipment is fit for operation.
• Execute lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans and offshore safety requirements.
• Coordinate lifting activities with deck crews, riggers, and other relevant personnel.
• Follow risk assessments, toolbox talks, and applicable HSE procedures.
• Monitor crane performance and report equipment defects or operational concerns.
• Maintain safe working practices throughout night-shift operations.
• Comply with company procedures and offshore emergency response requirements.

Requirements

The following certificates and documents are mandatory:

• Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator Certificate.
• BOSIET or FOET.
• CA-EBS.
• Valid OEUK Medical Certificate.
• Valid passport.
• MIST certificate.

Preferred Experience

• Previous FPSO experience.
• Relevant offshore crane operating experience.
• Familiarity with offshore lifting procedures and night-shift operations.
