Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced and professional crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating in Australia. Successful candidates will be responsible for safe vessel operations, engineering support, deck duties, interior service, guest care, and onboard administration in accordance with maritime regulations and yacht industry standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior yachting experience who have the legal right to work in Australia and are seeking to join a professional yacht program.

General Requirements

• Minimum 1 full season of experience in the applied position
• Valid working rights for Australia (mandatory)
• STCW certification (preferred but not essential)
• Valid seafarer medical certificate (preferred but not essential)
• Professional attitude and ability to work in a yacht environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and service-oriented mindset
• Good command of English
