A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced personnel to join Private and Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, hospitality services, guest care, spa services, culinary support, and technical operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and guest satisfaction onboard.

Requirements:
- Previous experience on Private or Charter Yachts preferred
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
- Fluency in English
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small multicultural team environment
- Flexibility and willingness to perform multiple onboard duties
