Job Description
Augustea Intcrews Indonesia is organizing Talent Selection Days for selected marine and hospitality positions with leading international cruise companies, including Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Silversea, and TUI Cruises.
Qualified and experienced candidates are invited to attend the selection event and meet the recruitment team for opportunities onboard international cruise vessels.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned position and company procedures.
- Support safe and efficient cruise vessel operations.
- Carry out deck, engine-room, repair, plumbing, carpentry, or maintenance activities as applicable.
- Assist with galley, food preparation, butchery, and culinary operations.
- Maintain equipment, tools, work areas, and operational readiness.
- Follow company HSE, food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Participate in onboard safety drills and required training.
- Work effectively within an international and multicultural crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Relevant experience in the applied position.
- Previous cruise ship, marine, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred depending on the role.
- Valid maritime certificates and STCW documentation where applicable.
- Relevant technical, trade, or culinary qualifications where required.
- Valid Passport and Medical Certificate where applicable.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in an international multicultural environment.
- Physically and medically fit for onboard employment.
Position-Specific Requirements
Marine Positions
- Relevant maritime qualifications and certifications for the applied rank.
- Practical vessel, maintenance, or repair experience.
Culinary Positions
- Relevant culinary training or professional kitchen experience.
- Food safety and hygiene certification where applicable.
- Previous cruise, hotel, or high-volume catering experience is an advantage.
