Job Description

Bespoke Crew Recruitment is currently seeking professional and experienced crew members for private motor yachts operating worldwide. These roles are ideal for candidates with strong service standards, yachting experience, and a high level of professionalism suited to luxury private yachts.

Successful applicants will be expected to maintain excellent onboard service, safety, and guest satisfaction while working as part of a highly skilled international crew.

Available Positions & Salaries

• Captain – USD 10,000
• Bosun – Salary DOE
• Deck / Steward – USD 6,000
• Deckhand – EUR 3,000
• Chief Steward – USD 7,500
• Spa Therapist / Steward – EUR 4,000
• Steward / Masseur – EUR 4,000
• Service Steward – USD 3,700
• Hairdresser / Barber – EUR 3,500
• Laundry Steward – USD 3,750
• Nurse – USD 3,500

Requirements

• Valid STCW certification appropriate to the position
• Relevant yachting experience for the applied role
• Valid B1/B2 visa
• Schengen visa or visa-free eligibility (where applicable)
• Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High standards of discretion and guest care
