Job Description:

BSM Crew Service Centre Philippines, Inc. is currently recruiting experienced and qualified maritime professionals to join an international cruise vessel. Candidates with proven shipboard experience and the relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

The available positions cover deck, medical, plumbing, waste management, engine, electrical, refrigeration/AC, and technical departments. Successful candidates should be able to work professionally in a multicultural cruise ship environment and comply with established safety and operational standards.

Deck & Support Department

•  2nd Bosun – 1 position 
•  Garbage Handler – 1 position 

Medical Department

•  Nurse with Shipboard Experience – 1 position 

Plumbing Department

•  Senior Plumber – 1 position 
•  Plumber – 1 position 

Engine & Electrical Department

•  2nd Engineer – 1 position 
•  1st Electrician – Engine – 1 position 
•  1st Electrician – Hotel – 1 position 
•  2nd Electrician – 2 positions 
•  Assistant Engine Storekeeper – 2 positions 
•  Senior Fitter – 1 position 
•  Senior AC Fitter – 1 position 
•  AC Fitter – 3 positions 
•  Engine Fitter – 1 position 
•  Hotel Fitter – 2 positions 

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Performing duties according to the assigned position and departmental procedures. 
•  Supporting safe and efficient cruise vessel operations. 
•  Carrying out maintenance, repair, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or housekeeping-related tasks as applicable. 
•  Maintaining equipment, machinery, systems, and work areas in safe operating condition. 
•  Following company HSE procedures, safety regulations, and emergency protocols. 
•  Working effectively as part of a professional multicultural shipboard team. 

Requirements:

• Previous shipboard/cruise vessel experience is required.
•  Relevant experience in the applied position. 
•  Valid STCW certificates as applicable to the position. 
•  Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) / Certificate of Proficiency where applicable. 
•  Valid Medical Fitness Certificate. 
•  Good English communication skills. 
•  Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. 
•  Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and company procedures. 
•  Position-specific qualifications and certificates must be valid and appropriate for the role.
