This project involves work in a highly dynamic hospitality-driven environment, providing services to guests from around the world. Crew members will be part of a multicultural team and will operate under strict safety, service, and operational standards typical for major cruise companies.
Candidates must be service-oriented, professionally trained for their specialty, and capable of working in a fast-paced maritime hospitality setting.

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing assigned tasks according to cruise line safety and service standards
• Ensuring high-quality guest service and maintaining a professional appearance at all times
• Following hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols (USPH, HACCP, ISPS, STCW)
• Coordinating with multicultural teams to maintain smooth operations in assigned departments
• Reporting to department supervisors and completing required logs and checklists

• Valid STCW certificates (as applicable by position)
• Medical fitness certificate (PEME)
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in the same rank (cruise ship experience preferred for most roles)
• Strong customer service orientation (for hotel, F&B, and casino roles)
• Technical proficiency for engine, security, and maintenance positions
