Job Description:
Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality food production and service, as well as supporting onboard hotel and catering operations to ensure an excellent guest experience at sea.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing rank-specific duties within galley and hotel operations onboard
• Preparing and producing high-quality food items according to cruise standards
• Supporting buffet, à la carte, and specialty dining services
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Assisting in laundry and housekeeping operations (where applicable)
• Working as part of a multinational cruise ship team

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Previous cruise ship or 4–5 star hotel experience preferred
• Knowledge of international cuisine and cruise hospitality standards
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English communication
