Job Description:

We are currently recruiting experienced hospitality and hotel department personnel for a Passenger (Cruise) Ship operating in the Mediterranean region, with embarkation in Greece. The vessel has a DWT of approximately 2,700 and offers long-term employment opportunities for qualified candidates with prior cruise ship experience.

The roles are focused on delivering high-quality guest services, hospitality operations, safety, and onboard support in accordance with cruise industry standards. Candidates must be professional, service-oriented, and capable of working in an international cruise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Delivering excellent guest service in accordance with cruise line standards
• Supporting daily hotel, restaurant, bar, entertainment, and guest service operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and hygiene procedures onboard
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and teamwork
• Assisting guests and passengers to ensure a positive cruise experience

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates (as applicable to the position)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Previous experience in rank on Cruise Vessels is mandatory
• Valid Schengen visa is mandatory
• Eligible nationalities: EU, EEU, Egypt, and other nationalities holding a valid Schengen visa
