OSM Thome is recruiting crew members to join a passenger ferry operating in European waters. The project involves employment onboard a modern passenger vessel providing ferry services, with international working standards and hospitality-focused operations. Crew members will work in a multicultural environment with structured onboard conditions, ensuring high service quality, safety, and technical reliability. Joining is scheduled for 01 April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing assigned duties according to rank or department onboard a passenger ferry
• Ensuring compliance with safety, service, and operational procedures
• Delivering high standards of passenger service and onboard hospitality (where applicable)
• Supporting technical, deck, engine, hotel, and retail operations as required

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience in a similar position or on passenger vessels is preferred
