A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking experienced hospitality, deck, engineering, culinary, and command professionals to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will support safe yacht operations while delivering first-class service, maintaining technical systems, managing guest hospitality, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards.

Bridge Department
- Relief Captain — USD 500 per day
Engineering Department
- Chief Engineer — EUR 8,000/month
Culinary Department
- Sole Chef — USD 9,000/month
- Executive / Head Chef — USD 7,500/month
Interior Department
- Chief Steward(ess) — USD 7,000/month
- Deck / Steward(ess) — USD 4,250/month
- Cook / Steward(ess) — USD 4,000/month
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operation of the yacht during voyages and guest activities
- Perform navigational, engineering, hospitality, or culinary duties according to position
- Deliver exceptional guest service onboard
- Maintain machinery, accommodation areas, and yacht equipment
- Prepare high-quality meals and manage galley operations
- Maintain interior cleanliness and luxury hospitality standards
- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures
- Ensure compliance with STCW requirements, yacht safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position onboard Motor Yachts
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Captain and Chief Engineer positions
- Valid passport, seaman book (where applicable), and ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively within multinational yacht crews
- Excellent safety awareness and teamwork
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
