Job Description
Crew members will support the safe operation, maintenance, navigation, and hospitality services of a high-standard private motor yacht. Responsibilities vary by rank and include technical operations, deck duties, engineering watchkeeping, guest service, housekeeping, and ensuring premium onboard experience.
Available Positions & Salary Range
• Chief Engineer – 8,000 € / month
• 1st Mate – 7,500 € / month
• 2nd Engineer – 6,500 € / month
• 2nd Officer – 5,500 € / month
• Deckhand – 3,000 € / month
• Head of Service – 4,500 € / month
• Stew/Masseur – 3,800 € / month
Requirements
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Proven experience in the superyacht or luxury yacht sector (rank-specific)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multinational team
• Professional presentation, reliability, and commitment to service excellence
• Immediate or near-future availability is preferred
