Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Offshore Steward to join a Dive Support / Construction Vessel (DCV) operating in UK waters. The successful candidate will support the vessel's accommodation and catering services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and onboard service.
The position starts with joining in Norway and onward travel to the UK, with mobilisation scheduled for 26 August 2026. This is a 5-week assignment and requires candidates to be ready to travel immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in cabins, mess rooms, public areas, and accommodation spaces.
Assist with meal service and general catering duties as required.
Perform housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and related accommodation tasks.
Support the offshore hospitality team and ensure a high standard of onboard service.
Follow vessel, offshore, health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Requirements:
Previous Offshore Steward experience
UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP) – Mandatory
Valid BOSIET
Valid ENG1 / MLC Medical
Valid passport and relevant seafarer's documents
Good English communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an offshore and multicultural environment
Ready to travel immediately
