Job Description:
Princess Cruises, in cooperation with Magsaysay Careers, is currently recruiting hospitality staff for employment onboard international cruise vessels. Successful candidates will work in a multicultural environment, serving passengers and supporting hotel operations onboard. The company offers an opportunity to develop professional skills, gain international experience, and participate in language training programs prior to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Providing excellent customer service to passengers
• Assisting with food and beverage service operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas
• Supporting daily hotel and hospitality operations onboard
• Ensuring compliance with company safety and service procedures

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (if required by position)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in 3–5-star hotels or hospitality establishments
• Willingness to undergo Japanese Language Training
• Preferably holding valid travel documents
• Last related work experience must not be older than 2 years
