Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced Chief Cook to join an Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) operating in the EU. The position is scheduled to start at the end of September 2026 for a 4–6 week assignment. EU nationals with the required offshore and maritime certifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and serving meals for the offshore crew
• Managing daily galley operations and food provisions
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Planning menus and ensuring adequate food supplies
• Supporting catering operations and maintaining galley equipment
• Following vessel, offshore, and HSE procedures
Requirements:
• EU National – mandatory
• Previous experience as a Chief Cook onboard vessels
• Experience on OSV / offshore vessels preferred
• Valid BOSIET with CA-EBS
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical and maritime documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Availability to join at the end of September 2026
