Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently looking for an Assistant Cook to join an OSV. The position is scheduled to start on 16 September 2026 for a contract of 6+ weeks.
Open Position:
• 1 × Assistant Cook
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Cook with daily meal preparation
• Supporting galley and catering operations
• Maintaining food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with food preparation, storage, and provisions
• Following vessel, catering, and HSE procedures
Requirements:
• Valid Schengen Visa
• Valid Food Safety / Food Handling Certificate
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid HUET + CA-EBS
• Previous offshore / OSV catering experience preferred
• Availability to join on 16 September 2026
